01. Acceptance of Protocol
By initializing a session or utilizing the afsa.ae ecosystem, you agree to these Operational Terms. This is a binding agreement between you and afsa.ae. If you do not align with these standards, you are prohibited from accessing the network.
02. Identity Verification
All members must provide accurate, verified identification. Failure to maintain a truthful identity constitutes a breach of protocol and may result in immediate termination of your ecosystem access. You are solely responsible for the security of your access keys.
03. Ecosystem Roles
The platform dispatches functionality based on your verified role (Customer, Service Architect, Trade Architect). You must operate strictly within the permissions granted to your profile. Misuse of Agentic protocols will trigger an automatic security audit.
04. Proprietary Logic
All original content, autonomous workflows, and agentic logic within this Service are the exclusive property of afsa.ae. Unauthorized replication or extraction of our architectural code is strictly forbidden under UAE intellectual property laws.
05. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
06. Dynamic Updates
As our ecosystem evolves, we reserve the right to update these terms. Notice will be provided within your dashboard prior to changes taking effect. Continued utilization of the Service signifies acceptance of the revised protocol.
